Downtown Cincinnati
Cincinnati is a town with beauty and brains. Nestled into a scenic river valley, the city that Wadsworth referred to as the "Queen of the West" has been known to inspire poetry. But Cincy's beauty is more than skin deep. Boasting the University of Cincinnati and more than 100 museums and galleries, most notably the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Taft Museum of Art, and the Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati is attracting art lovers of all stripes. Possessing one of the most dynamic music scenes in the Midwest, the town also is ground zero for rockers. While many foodies arrive solely with thoughts of a delicious three-way, they leave with memories of gourmet fare. In the "Just for Fun" department, there are pro sports teams, The Cincinnati Zoo and the always-amusing Paramount's Kings Island.
